Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Short version: all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Everything sold on this site is a digital download (PDF files). Right after payment you get the download links for all your files. Digital files can't be "returned", so every purchase is non-refundable.

If something is wrong with your files or you can't download them, email us and we will fix it — that's what support is for.

1. What you are buying

lazyaishortcuts.com sells digital products only: AI Shortcuts for the Lazy Mind (book), the AI Power User Toolkit (bundle guides), the Claude Operator Playbook, and upgrades between them. Each product is a set of PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically. The contents of each product are described on the main page before you buy — please read the description, the FAQ and the free preview at /free so you know exactly what you're getting.

2. Instant download access

As soon as your PayPal or card payment is completed, your download links appear on screen. If you lose them, you can get them again at any time on the file recovery page using the Transaction ID from your PayPal receipt email.

3. No refunds — all sales are final

Because you get download access to the full product immediately after payment, and digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after a purchase is completed. This includes, but isn't limited to:

changing your mind after buying;
having bought by mistake or bought the wrong tier (you can upgrade instead and only pay the difference);
expecting different content than what is described on the site;
not having read, used or applied the material;
AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok etc.) changing their features, pricing or interface after your purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU / UK customers)

Before payment you are asked to tick a box confirming that you want immediate download access and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once the download links are provided. By ticking that box you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download links are provided to you.

5. Problems we will always fix

"No refunds" doesn't mean "no help". Email trentcalloway.books@gmail.com with your Transaction ID and we'll sort it out if:

a download link doesn't work or a file won't open — we'll send working files;
you didn't receive the files after paying — we'll verify the payment and deliver them;
anything else about your order isn't right — tell us and we'll work it out by email.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. Almost every problem is solved within 24–48 hours by email, which is much faster than a dispute.

6. Updates

We update the PDFs from time to time (new modules, new tools). Buyers can re-download the current version through the file recovery page at no extra cost. Updates are a bonus, not a guarantee of future content.

7. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the material for yourself and your own business. You may not resell, share, upload, re-publish or redistribute the files (in whole or in part), including on file-sharing or "free ebook" sites. Unauthorized copies are removed via DMCA takedowns.

8. No guaranteed results

The products teach techniques for using AI tools. Results depend on how you apply them and on third-party tools we don't control. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific income, savings or outcomes.

9. Agreement

By completing a purchase on lazyaishortcuts.com you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, including the no-refund policy.
